Safety rules information

Hello, if you’re reading this, you’re interested in the PyCon Italia event and may need more information about our COVID-19 pandemic safety rules.

Currently, most national rules about the safety of the places have been lifted. The EU Covid-19 Green Pass or any equivalent proof of vaccination is no longer required to attend the conference.

Even if wearing the mask is not mandatory as specified in the current Italian Government regulation, we have decided, as an internal rule, that wearing the mask is required for all the attendees and staff members in all the inside/closed spaces of the venue.

Refunds

If you wish to refund your order:

  • Until 25th March 2023: We will refund you 100% of the order.
  • Between 26th March 2023 and 25th April 2023: We will refund you 50% of the order.
  • No refunds after the 26th of April 2023.

You can usually request a refund yourself on the order page, if you have issues with it or need help, feel free to contact us.

What can you expect

  • The staff will ensure all the safety rules are correctly observed by everyone; there will be some checks at the congress centre entrance.
  • In all the rooms and the common spaces, there will be hand sanitisers.
  • Safety masks (if needed) will be freely available for all the attendees.
